"Jack Mair and his team recently completed a home remodeling project for us. Our house had been added to by previous owners over the years, but part of the original dwelling, which was likely over 50 years old, still remained. We wanted it completely rebuilt and called upon Jack to do it for us. Not only did he have the difficulties of dealing with unforeseen issues related to the age of that part of the house and the way it had been constructed so many years ago, but he also had to build upon the work of a previous contractor we had used for another renovation project a year earlier. Jack dealt with every curve ball in a professional manner, offering advice and suggestions, all the while keeping our budgetary concerns in mind.

"He and his staff were polite and courteous while the work was being done, and Jack is meticulous about details. Each night before they finished, everything was cleaned up and put away and they left no trash behind. From total demolition to finishing touches, the work was done much faster than we anticipated based on our past experience. Jack kept us informed of their progress every step of the way and we were very pleased with the final outcome.
